| This CD was
released in late October 2005. By January 2006 it had
climbed to NUMBER FOUR on the US Blues Radio Charts (as
reported by Living Blues Magazine). GLAD YOU'RE MINE opened
numerous doors for the band, including a recording contract
with the prestigious Chicago-based label Delmark Records.
In fact, soon after this studio recording, Mississippi
Heat signed with that famed label and released a LIVE
CD and DVD called ONE EYE OPEN - LIVE AT ROSA'S LOUNGE,
CHICAGO" (DELMARK DE-783 and DELMARK DVD 1783). |
